I visited IIT Gandhinagar for the Inter IIT sports meet in December 2023. Established in 2008, with around 400 acres of campus, the campus boasts AC-equipped hostels and spacious messes with excellent air ventilation. It has different shops like a general store, a Chinese shop, and a juice shop. The sports complex features a swimming pool, basketball court, badminton court, football ground, and well-maintained cricket ground. Additionally, there's an athletics ground with a synthetic track. The campus is adorned by the beautiful Sabarmati River nearby. You will see lots of monkeys on campus. Moreover, IIT Gandhinagar houses a research park offering various courses to non-IITian students based on industry requirements. It's one of my favorite IIT in terms of nature and infrastructure 😍.
